The money lands in your Mollie account
Participants pay you directly. WandelWeb does not hold the ticket money: it sits in your own Mollie account, and Mollie pays out on your schedule.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
Is there VAT on the service fee?
Yes. The service fee is excluding VAT; 21% VAT is added. The calculator shows the amounts including VAT.
Who is the seller of the tickets?
Your organisation. Participants buy the ticket from you and pay through your own Mollie account. WandelWeb provides the platform and charges a service fee per ticket sold.
When do I get my money?
Payments arrive straight in your own Mollie account. Mollie pays out on your own payout schedule, so you don't have to wait until after the event.
What happens with a cancellation or refund?
You set the cancellation policy. With a refund, the participant gets the ticket amount back, minus any cancellation costs from your policy. The WandelWeb service fee is not refunded.
Do discount codes affect the service fee?
The service fee is calculated on the ticket price before discount. A discount code lowers what the participant pays for the ticket, not the service fee.
How do I pay WandelWeb?
You never pay WandelWeb separately. Mollie deducts the service fee from each payment and pays the rest to your account. If you carry the service fee yourself, WandelWeb sends you a monthly invoice with the VAT shown separately. It is already settled, so there is nothing left to pay. If your buyers pay the service fee, you get a specification for your records instead. You can find both under Finance → WandelWeb invoices.
What does a free event cost?
Free tickets are free. For an event with only free tickets you don't need a Mollie account.
