Your own Mollie account
You connect your own Mollie account. Every payment lands there and Mollie pays out on your schedule.

Invoices and VAT
Every buyer automatically gets an invoice from your organisation. You see how much VAT each event contains.

Refunds within your policy
You set your own cancellation policy. Participants cancel themselves within those rules, or you refund from your participant list.

Frequently asked questions
When do I get my money?
Mollie pays out on the schedule in your own Mollie account, for example daily or weekly. So you don't have to wait until after the event.
What does Mollie cost?
Mollie charges its own amount per payment, depending on the payment method. For iDEAL that is roughly € 0.30. You see those costs in your Mollie dashboard and in the accounting export.
How does WandelWeb invoice its service fee?
The service fee is deducted by Mollie per payment. Every month you receive an invoice with 21% VAT for the part you bear and a breakdown of the service fees buyers paid. There is never anything to pay.
Do I get the service fee back on a refund?
No, the WandelWeb service fee is not refunded. You can still refund the buyer the full amount from your own Mollie balance.
