Free app for iOS and Android
Volunteers install the app on their own phone and log in with the Scanner role. They can scan, but cannot reach your settings or finances.

Green, orange or red
After each scan you see and hear straight away whether the ticket is valid. Orange means: already scanned, take a look.

Frequently asked questions
Does the scanner app work without internet?
No. Every scan is checked by our server straight away, so a ticket never grants entry twice. That requires a mobile connection.
What does the scanner app cost?
Nothing. The app is free and you can have as many volunteers scanning as you like.
What if a participant does not have their ticket?
Look them up by name or ticket number in the app and check them in manually.
Can volunteers see my event data?
With the Scanner role they can only scan and look up participants at the scan post. Settings, orders and finances stay out of reach.
