Create your organisation
Name, contact details and your team. Invite your co-organisers right away.

Connect your Mollie account
Already on Mollie? Connect it in a few clicks. Otherwise you create an account while connecting.

Set up your event and ticket types
Date, location, distances, ticket types, prices and any questions of your own.

Import your existing participants
Already have participants? Export them as CSV from your current system or spreadsheet and import them into your event. They receive a ticket with a QR code.
Columns WandelWeb recognises: first name, last name, email address, phone, date of birth, city, emergency contact (name and phone), ticket type, distance, quantity and reference. You map your own questions during the import.

Questions about switching
What happens to participants who have already registered?
You import them into your event with a CSV file. Every participant gets a ticket with a QR code, so you can scan everyone the same way.
My ticket sales are already running. Can I switch halfway?
Yes. Stop sales in your current system, import the participants who already have a ticket and sell the rest through WandelWeb.
What does switching cost?
Nothing. You only pay a service fee on tickets you sell through WandelWeb. There is no service fee for imported participants.
Can I use WandelWeb alongside my current system?
Absolutely. You can start with one event and move the rest over later.
What about data from previous editions?
That stays in your current system. On WandelWeb you start with your next edition and build your history here from then on.
Does the scanner app work without internet?
No. Every scan is checked by our server straight away, so a ticket never grants entry twice, not even across several scan points. That requires a mobile connection.
