Will my subscription renew automatically?
That depends on where you buy it. If you get Complete here on the website, you pay €24.99 once and the subscription stops by itself after a year; we send you a reminder well in advance. If you activate Complete in the app, payment runs through the App Store or Google Play and the subscription does renew automatically until you cancel it yourself.
I have Complete through the app. How do I cancel it?
Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by the store itself, not in WandelWeb. On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top and choose Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture and choose Payments and subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Does the subscription work in the app too?
Yes. Log in to the app with the same account and every Complete feature is ready for you, also when you paid here on the website.
How can I pay?
On the website you pay securely with iDeal | Wero or credit card through Mollie, as a one-off payment. Prefer the App Store or Google Play? Then you activate Complete in the app, where the subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free WandelWeb account. We link the subscription to your account so it works everywhere you log in.
I received a gift code. What now?
You redeem codes on your profile page under Subscription. In that case there is nothing to pay.
