A calm start, even with thousands of participants
Spread your participants over start slots and start waves. That prevents crowds at the start and everyone knows exactly when to set off.

Watch Time slots and start waves
A short tour of this feature.
The voiceover is in Dutch.
Start slots per distance
Create slots of, say, fifteen minutes and give each slot its own capacity. Generate them in one go or add them one by one.
- Per distance you choose: no slots, optional or required
- A full slot can no longer be selected
- Available slots are also shown on your event page
Picking a slot in checkout
Participants choose their start slot when buying their ticket. The slot then appears on the ticket, in the email and in the app.
- Participants switch slots themselves while there is room
- You can move participants too, individually or in bulk
- Capacity is guarded, even when many people buy at once
Start waves
Assign participants to waves, for example by pace or distance. Automatically or by hand.
- Automatically by ticket type, distance or an answer in the form
- Adjust manually for one participant or a whole group
- The wave is shown on the ticket and in the confirmation email
On the day itself
Scanner app coming soonDownload a start list per slot and see occupancy on your dashboard. The scanner shows which slot and wave someone belongs to.
- Start list and slot occupancy as CSV or PDF
- Counters per slot on your dashboard
- The scanner warns when someone is early for their slot

Frequently asked questions
Can I add slots later?
Yes, you can always add slots or increase capacity. A slot that already has participants can't be deleted; move those participants to another slot first.
What if someone is late?
You decide whether that participant can still start. The scanner shows the slot and only warns when someone arrives too early.
Can participants switch slots themselves?
Yes, as long as the new slot has room and your settings allow it. The ticket is updated immediately.
What is the difference between a slot and a wave?
A slot is a start time with its own capacity, which participants choose themselves. A wave is a group in the start area, assigned by you or by the system.
