What does the participant see?
An event page with your description and tickets, a confirmation email with the ticket and, if they use the app, the ticket with QR code and the route in the app.
Does a participant need an account?
Not to buy a ticket. For the app, with the ticket and the route on their phone, the participant creates a free WandelWeb account.
Do I need to do anything to appear in the calendar?
No. As soon as your event is published, it is in the calendar and on the map.
What about my participants' privacy?
WandelWeb processes participant data on your behalf, under the processor agreement you accept when you sign up. Participants who use the app do so with their own WandelWeb account.
