Sold out is not the end and next year starts with one click
A waitlist fills freed-up places on its own. You prepare your next edition from this year's, with last year's participants as your first audience.

A short tour of this feature.
The voiceover is in Dutch.
A fair waitlist
When a ticket type is sold out, people join the waitlist. When a place frees up, the first person on the list gets a personal purchase link.
- First come, first served
- An invitation is exclusive for a while, then it moves to the next person
- You can also invite manually, add or remove someone
Editions in one click
Duplicate your event for next year. Distances, ticket types, form and settings come along and dates shift automatically.
- Group editions in a series
- Previous editions are listed on your event page
- After the event, your event page points to the next edition
Last year's participants
Invite participants of previous editions to your new event. Within the rules: with an unsubscribe link and only as news, never as a mandatory email.
- Each address once, even if someone took part more often
- People who unsubscribed receive nothing
- Buyers of the new edition are skipped
Price tiers
Reward early buyers with a lower price. Let the price rise on a date or after a number of tickets sold.
- Multiple tiers per ticket type
- Show "X tickets left at this price" in your ticket shop
- The price is fixed once someone has tickets in their basket

Frequently asked questions
How long is a waitlist invitation valid?
By default 24 hours. You set it per ticket type, from one hour to one week. If someone doesn't buy in time, the place goes to the next person on the list.
Can I let prices rise?
Yes, with price tiers. The price goes up on a date you choose or once a number of tickets has been sold. Anyone who already has tickets in their basket keeps the old price.
What does a new edition take along?
Basic details, distances, ticket types, form questions and settings. Participants, orders and discount codes are not copied.
May I simply email last year's participants?
As a news email with an unsubscribe link, yes. WandelWeb only sends such an email as an informational campaign and skips everyone who unsubscribed before.
