Frequently asked questions
Does the widget place cookies on my site?
No. The widget and the checkout inside it use no cookies, so ordering also works in Safari and in browsers that block cookies from other sites. For the payment Mollie opens on top of your site; afterwards the buyer lands on their order page on wandelweb.nl. The widget passes sales events to your page (wandelweb:ecommerce); whether you track them is up to your own cookie banner.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. On narrow screens the widget shows a button in your accent colour that goes straight to the checkout.
Is there a WordPress plugin?
You do not need one. Paste the code into an HTML block; that works on any WordPress site.
Does the embed cost extra?
No. You only pay the service fee per ticket sold, just as for sales on WandelWeb itself.
