I set everything correctly, but the battery message keeps appearing. What now?

Go through these points

• Did you really choose "Unrestricted"? Check once more at Settings > Apps > WandelWeb > App battery usage. Does it say "Optimized" below the row? Then tap it and choose Unrestricted. On Motorola and Pixel, only turning on the switch is not enough.
• Close WandelWeb completely once. Swipe the app away from the recent apps overview and open it again.
• Update WandelWeb to the latest version via the Google Play Store. In the latest version the message disappears by itself as soon as you return with the correct setting.
• Do you use a work profile or a second ("dual") copy of WandelWeb? The setting applies per copy. Set it for the copy you hike with.
• After an Android update the phone sometimes resets apps to "Optimized". Check the setting again.
