Solving login problems
Can't log in? Below you'll find the most common causes and solutions.
Email and password login:
- Account not found?
- Check if you're using the correct email address
- See if you registered with a different email address
- Create a new account if needed via the login screen
- Incorrect password?
- Use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen
- You will receive an email with a reset link
- Set a new password
Social media login (Google, Facebook, Apple):
- Access denied?
- Check if WandelWeb still has access in your social media settings
- Remove the app connection if necessary and grant access again
- Make sure you are logged in to the correct social media account
General tips:
- Check your internet connection
- Update the app to the latest version
- Uninstall and reinstall the app for persistent issues
