How do I delete my account and all my data?
Deleting your WandelWeb account
We're sorry to see you want to delete your account, but we understand it's sometimes necessary.
Step-by-step deletion:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Profile
- Tap the gear icon (Settings)
- Tap "Delete account"
- Confirm your choice
Warning: The following will be permanently deleted:
- Your personal profile
- All your recorded hikes
- Your written reviews and comments
- Your earned medals and challenges
- Your saved routes and collections
- Your subscription status (if applicable)
Important: This action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
Alternative: Want to take a temporary break? Consider:
- Cancelling your subscription but keeping your account
- Leaving your account inactive without deleting it
