Can I send photos or other attachments?

Attachments in chat — not yet available

In the current version you can only send text messages. Photos, files and voice notes are not (yet) supported.

Why not yet?

End-to-end encrypted attachments require a separate security approach (encrypting files, key exchange, storage). We're working on a robust implementation that maintains the same privacy standard as text messages.

On the roadmap:

• Send photos (encrypted)
• Voice notes (encrypted)
• Share location through a chat (separate from Live Location Sharing)
