How do I stop live location sharing?

Stop live location sharing

Live location sharing uses GPS in the background while it is active. This is how you turn it off:

1. Open the WandelWeb app
2. Go to the map where you are sharing live location (on a route or on the Record screen)
3. Tap the live location icon to turn sharing off
4. You will see the confirmation "Live location sharing stopped"

Good to know:

• Closing the app is not enough — you must explicitly turn off live location sharing
• On Android, the WandelWeb notification in the status bar disappears once all active features are stopped
