What do the different highlight icons on the map mean?

Recognizing highlight icons

Each type of highlight has its own recognizable icon on the map:

  • Black shield with "i" or number — Information point. If it contains a number, it belongs to a numbered series along the route.
  • Parking icon — Parking area. Tap to navigate directly to the parking spot via Google Maps or Apple Maps.
  • Warning triangle — Danger point. Pay extra attention here during your walk.
  • First aid cross — First aid post (at events)
  • Stamp icon — Stamp post (at events)
  • Flag icon — Checkpoint, start or finish point (at events)
  • Star icon — Other / custom point

All icons except the information point are shown as a small icon in a white box with a colored border.
