Why am I not getting a notification even though I was mentioned?
Possible reasons you're not receiving notifications
- Notification disabled — check if mention notifications are enabled in your notification settings
- No access — you only receive notifications for mentions in content you have access to. For example: if someone mentions you in a private group you're not a member of, you won't receive a notification
- Own comment — if you mention yourself, you won't receive a notification
- Push notifications — check if push notifications are enabled on your phone for the WandelWeb app
