Arnhem Centraal - Velperpoort
Je start op Arnhem Centraal aan de Sonsbeekzijde. Via het Sonsbeekpark loop je naar Kasteel Zijpendaal. Langs ziekenhuis Rijnstate kom je over Hoogte 80 van waar je een mooi uitzicht hebt over de omgeving. Dan loop je steeds maar naar beneden en via Klarendal bereik je station Velperpoort.

Rondje Oud Zevenaar, Ooy
De route start bij Cultuurfabriek de Turmac, vlakbij station Zevenaar. Vanuit daar loop je naar Oud Zevenaar waar je bij de kerk de dijk op gaat. Via recreatieplas de Breuly loop je langs Buitengoed de Panoven. Daarna de dijk weer op en dan loop je via het dorpje Ooy weer terug naar Zevenaar.
