Park Krajobrazowy Góra św. Anny is defined by its volcanic past, which shapes the terrain differently from the surrounding Silesian lowlands. Walking here, you will notice sudden elevation changes and steep limestone slopes rather than a flat plain. The landscape is a mix of dense beech forests, dry thermophilous grasslands, and old basalt quarries that expose the dark volcanic rock beneath the surface. The paths are mostly packed earth and stony tracks, with some steep, rocky sections where the limestone and basalt outcrop directly onto the trail.
