Łęgi nad Bystrzycą is a riverine forest corridor along the Bystrzyca River, characterized by damp alluvial woodlands and open meadow clearings. Unlike dry pine forests or upland parks, this area is dominated by ash, elm, and alder trees that thrive in the fertile, damp soils of the river valley. The terrain is flat, with no hills or dramatic elevation changes, offering a straightforward walk through a dense, green canopy that feels distinctly enclosed and shaded.

Underfoot, the paths are primarily natural dirt tracks and grassy trails that follow the bends of the river. Because this is an active floodplain, walkers will notice thick deposits of river silt and clay along the banks, and the ground remains soft and damp under the trees.
