How do I save a route for offline use?
Saving a route offline
Step by step:
- Open the route you want to use offline
- Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right
- Choose "Save for offline"
- Wait for the download to complete — you'll see a progress indicator
- You'll receive a confirmation when the route is available
Good to know:
- You need an internet connection to download the route
- Preferably download routes via Wi-Fi to save mobile data
- The download includes both the route data and the map tiles for the area
