I accidentally purchased the wrong subscription, can I still switch?

Accidentally purchased the wrong subscription? Here are your options

WandelWeb cannot change subscriptions directly, but you can request a refund from Apple or Google:

For Apple users:

1. Open the App Store
2. Go to your account
3. Select 'Subscriptions'
4. Find WandelWeb
5. Choose 'Request a refund'

• Apple usually offers a 14-day cooling-off period

For Android users:

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Go to 'Payments and subscriptions'
3. Find WandelWeb
4. Select 'Request a refund'

• Google usually offers a 48-hour cooling-off period

After the refund:

1. Wait for the refund to be processed
2. Then purchase the desired subscription
3. Your new subscription is active immediately
