The best hiking routes in Kumaki Dobrej

Kumaki Dobrej is a low-lying wetland area dominated by damp meadows, drainage ditches, and patches of dense alder carr. Unlike the dry pine forests common in this part of Poland, this reserve is defined by its waterlogged soils and flat, marshy terrain. Walkers should expect a landscape shaped by active water conservation, where small ponds and reed beds provide a habitat for amphibians rather than panoramic viewpoints.

Underfoot, the paths are mostly unpaved dirt tracks and grassy dikes that can be soft and muddy.
